My Studio Manager provides an all-in-one management platform for dance, music, and singing studios, including tools for student acquisition, lead management, marketing, website upkeep, and trial booking.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of My Studio Manager, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. My Studio Manager reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you will have access to all features of My Studio Manager.Subscription: After the 14-day trial period, you will be charged the subscription fee based on the plan you select. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

5. Payment and Billing

Authorisation Hold: To verify your payment method, Stripe will place a temporary hold of your chosen monthly fee on your card. This hold is not a charge and will be released immediately.Billing: Subscription fees are billed at the end of your 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods and your services including access to your website will cease. My Studio Manager reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use My Studio Manager to:

Violate any local, state, national, or international law.

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm My Studio Manager or the interests or property of other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on My Studio Manager, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of My Studio Manager and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorised use of such content and materials is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

My Studio Manager is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
